Our Business Rating System allows you to rate and write a review of your favorite business or share a positive experience you've personally had with a businesses listed on our website. It also allows visitors to our site to use the ratings, reviews, and recommendations from our members in helping them select which businesses they choose to patronize and support.
How To Create A Business Rating and Review
Visitors to our site should only rate or review businesses listed on our site whom they have personally patronized or received services from. To create a rating or review of a business is a four step process.
- First, you must conduct a search for the business you wish to rate. You conduct the search by selecting the "find businesses" navigation button and following the instructions.
- Second, after you complete the business search simply click on the business rating icon next to the listing of the business you wish to rate. You will then be linked to the business rating page for that business. This is the page where all previous ratings and reviews of that business may be viewed.
- Third, click on the "Rate It" button and you will be asked to login or register as a member of YellowTalk.com. Before you can rate any business you must be a registered member of YellowTalk.com.
- Fourth, after completing your registration, a form will appear asking you to rate the business from 1 to 5 stars with 1 being the lowest rating and 5 stars being the highest. You will also be asked to give a review of the business by entering your specific comments or experiences. These comments will be used as a recommendation directly from you to other visitors who may wish to patronize or otherwise support the business listed. When you have completed your rating simply select submit and your rating will be completed.
Rating and Review Guidelines
- Ratings and reviews submitted to YellowTalk.com may be screened to make sure they fit within our Guidelines.
- Please write a review only of your personal experience with a product or service. Please, do not include experiences or opinions of others in your review.
- Please submit only one review per business listing.
- When you submit your review, you are giving YellowTalk.com permission to display your review on our website.
- You must be at least 18 years old to submit ratings or reviews.
- Do not use profanity or hate language in your review.
- Do not include e-mail addresses or links in your reviews.
- Do not mention the name of individuals or employees of the company you are reviewing.
- If you see a review that does not conform to these guidelines, please report it using the Report Abuse link that appears below each review. YellowTalk.com will investigate reported abuse and remove reviews that do not conform to our guidelines.
- The reviews that appear on YellowTalk.com are the opinions of YellowTalk.com users or the opinions of users of other review sites. These reviews are not the opinions of YellowTalk.com.
- YellowTalk.com reserves the right to remove any review, without notice, for any reason, stated or not.
- Use of YellowTalk.com is subject to our Guidelines.
